Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP and Ind AS.
• Support the preparation of financial schedules, and disclosures
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collation, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Contribute to audit processes by preparing audit schedules and responding to auditor queries.
• Monitor updates in Ind AS, RBI circulars, and other regulatory changes affecting financial reporting.
• Assist in automation or process improvement initiatives within the reporting vertical.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (lookups, pivot tables, basic macros), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large volumes of data.
  

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage timelines and work under pressure during month/quarter-end closures.
• A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the financial reporting domain.
  

Experience And Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in financial reporting roles in a bank, NBFC, or financial services company.
• Good knowledge of Indian GAAP and Ind AS.
• Exposure to RBI regulatory framework and reporting requirements.
