Financial Reporting Analyst


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work directly with various Regional Controllers on a day-to-day basis supporting all financial related matters specific to regions in the firm
  • Prepare and maintain recurring and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and analysis.
  • Compile, analyze, and report monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.
  • Use Excel to manipulate large datasets and automate reporting processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting templates and tools for internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through regular reconciliations and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with accounting, FP&A, and other cross-functional teams to support reporting needs.
  • Support the monthly and quarterly close process by providing timely and accurate reports.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve reporting processes using Excel or other tools.


Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to take direction and work independently but also be able to be organized to work on competing requests.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or related role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, VBA/macros, complex formulas).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
  • Experience with SAP, PowerBI, Adaptive Planning and Reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a corporate finance or accounting environment.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement structures.
  • Familiarity with financial consolidation and reporting software.
  • Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
