Financial Reporting Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures, as well as assisting in audits and sales and inventory management. Your expertise will contribute to shaping sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions for the future. Key Responsibilities: - Support month-end & quarter-end reporting by ensuring all entries from feeder systems are posted in Master Finance, posting accruals and provisions, reconciling sales with feeder system, managing inventory data and reconciliation, running month closing activities, and preparing MIS and month-end sales report. - Prepare audit schedules and gather data for business control supporting. Handle audit queries and assist in preparing the final report from auditors to the group. - Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and GL analysis, ensure performance of internal control activities, support data requests efficiently, and drive automation across the Accounting & Reporting processes. Qualifications Required: - CA/CMA with 8-10 years of work experience in accounting & reporting within the finance function, preferably in a multinational organization. - Experience in finance and accounting processes, including tax, accounting, compliance, and audit. Good understanding of business operations, preferably in the manufacturing industry. - Demonstrated growth mindset, ability to overcome difficulties, learn from mistakes, and adapt to new challenges.
