Job Description

Position: Financial Reporting Analyst

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with
Ind AS
and internal reporting requirements.
Execute financial reporting tasks including variance analysis, reconciliations, trend analysis, and preparation of management reports.
Support statutory audit processes and ensure timely and accurate delivery of audit schedules and documentation.
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to gather financial data, validate information, and ensure data accuracy.
Assist in implementing and maintaining accounting controls, processes, and documentation.
Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis, dashboards, and data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: Master's in Finance / CA (Semi Qualified).
Working-level understanding of Ind AS
with experience preparing financial statements.
Past experience with US accounting
(US GAAP) is preferred.
CA firm experience
, with exposure to
statutory audits,
is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, or Python) is a plus.
Excellent command of English
, including strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams.
