Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Manager – FP&A to lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for SMC Integrated Facility Management . The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by delivering accurate financial insights and proactive business support. Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process , collaborating with business unit heads and operations teams. Track and analyze monthly performance vs. budget , identifying key variances and drivers. Provide business insights and recommendations to management on profitability, cost control, and revenue enhancement opportunities. Assist CFO in preparing management dashboards , board presentations, and investor reports (if applicable). Evaluate financial feasibility of new business, client proposals, and pricing strategies for FM contracts. Key Requirements Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) CTC- 16-20 LPA Experience: 6-10 years of relevant post qualification experience in FP&A, preferably in facility management, real estate services, or other service-oriented industries Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and presentation tools Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally) and financial reporting platforms Strong business acumen with the ability to influence decision-making Show more Show less
