Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence (FDD) on target companies, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis
• Assess EBITDA normalization, working capital trends, and potential deal adjustments
• Evaluate ROI (Return on Investment) and overall transaction value for both buy-side and sell-side mandates
• Identify financial risks, opportunities, and synergies related to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions
• Prepare and present detailed due diligence reports and executive summaries highlighting key findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Transaction Advisory, including tax, legal, and valuation experts
• Support clients in understanding deal implications, pricing strategies, and post-transaction integration challenges
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support valuation and decision-making
• Review and validate financial statements, management reports, and forecasts to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Contribute to the development of due diligence frameworks and best practices to improve engagement quality and efficiency
  

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory, or M&A consulting
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and valuation principles
• Proven experience analyzing EBITDA adjustments, Net Working Capital, and profitability trends
• Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and clients
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously under tight deadlines
• A proactive mindset with an interest in business strategy, deal-making, and value creation
