swe're seeking for a Transaction Advisory Services Associate who will work closely with our onshore and offshore team members to provide financial due diligence of middle-market US clients. The Transaction Advisory Services Line offers our clients assistance with buy side due diligence, sell-side due diligence, and working capital assistance. .Minimum Entry Requiremen

• tsRelevant experience from Big 4 or equivalent Transaction Advisory Services practic
• e.Qualification - CA/CPA/MBA financ
• e.Approximately 5+ years of related financial due diligence work experience on buy-side and sell-side transaction
