Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, and oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Develop and manage the company's budget, forecast future financial performance, and conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Work with management to understand the true cost of producing engineering products, analyze resource allocation, and provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
Ensure the company complies with all relevant financial regulations and maintain a strong system of internal controls to safeguard assets.
Lead the accounting and finance team, provide financial guidance to support strategic decision-making, and work closely with other departments like sales and operations.
Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and auditors to ensure smooth financial operations.

Candidate Profile:

CA with 15+ years of significant experience in finance or accounting, including a leadership role. Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments is highly beneficial.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills to present financial data to various stakeholders.
