Role & Responsibilities: Developing and implementing production schedules, coordinating with other departments, and managing project timelines. Supervising production staff, providing training and guidance, and evaluating performance. Ensuring products meet quality standards, implementing quality control programs, and addressing any quality issues. Adhering to safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment, and complying with environmental regulations. Managing production costs, controlling budgets, and identifying areas for cost reduction. Overseeing the maintenance of production equipment, ensuring its proper functioning, and organizing repairs. Managing raw material and product inventory, coordinating with procurement, and ensuring timely delivery. Implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating effectively with staff and management, and resolving issues promptly. Analyzing production data, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and preparing production reports. Ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting delivery schedules, quality standards, and addressing customer needs. Candidate Profile: 8+ years of experience in production management, ideally in the chemical industry. Excellent knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, safety regulations). Proficiency in using relevant software and systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
