Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials. Acting as a liaison to the Board of Directors, coordinating meetings, and ensuring compliance with board regulations. Assisting with special projects, preparing reports, and organizing presentations. Maintaining records, ordering office supplies, and handling basic bookkeeping tasks. Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining strict confidentiality. Acting as a point of contact for the CEO, representing the CEO in communications, and coordinating communication between different departments. Candidate Profile:Ability to prioritize tasks, manage complex schedules, and meet deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and external stakeholders. Expertise in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Ability to identify and solve problems, make recommendations, and contribute to the CEO's decision-making process. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a professional demeanor. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus and accuracy.
