Your Mission: Be the CEO's Right Hand & the India Office's Operational Nexus

You are not just an EA; you are a Business Operations Partner and the de facto Head of the India Office. You will be the operational backbone for the CEO, ensuring strategic alignment and flawless execution across all administrative, HR, and business functions. Your ability to maintain calm under pressure and orchestrate complex logistics will be key to our global success.


Key Responsibilities: Where You Will Make an Impact

Strategic Business Support & Office Leadership:

  • Act as the "Chief of Staff" for the India office, maintaining action logs, driving accountability, and ensuring strategic follow-through.
  • Orchestrate complex, international stakeholder management, including setting up high-level conference calls and managing communication with clients, board members, and advisors.
  • Gatekeep and manage the CEO's schedule with strategic foresight, ensuring their time is optimized for maximum impact.

Operational Excellence & Execution:

  • Prepare and format high-stakes presentations and correspondence for investor meetings, board reviews, and client pitches.
  • Own end-to-end logistics for on-site and off-site meetings, including global travel, site selection, and attendee management.
  • Handle top-level, confidential communications with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Cross-Functional Liaison:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, embodying the company's professional ethos.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
