Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Directors in driving strategic initiatives. You will be instrumental in managing vendor relationships, sourcing new vendors, coordinating with banks, and handling various high-level administrative tasks, amongst other various strategic initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is looking to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support Directors with administrative tasks and scheduling.

2. Manage and source vendors, ensuring smooth communication and procurement processes.

3. Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to support company operations.

4. Assist in project management and cross-departmental coordination.

5. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Great proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, G Suite).

• A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
