Job Description

Job Title: Backoffice Coordinator

Qualifications:

Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

Strong communication skills.

Prior experience preferred, especially in export backend operations and point coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Communication Management:

Liaise effectively with various internal teams and external stakeholders.

Maintain clear and consistent communication channels to ensure smooth operations.

  • Coordination:

Coordinate between different departments for seamless workflow.

Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars for the team.

  • Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

Assist in creating presentations and reports as required.

  • Backend Operations:

Oversee export backend operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely delivery of goods.

Handle documentation related to export processes efficiently.

  • Point of Contact:

Act as a central point of contact for queries, requests, and information dissemination.

Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the team as needed, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.

  • Problem-solving:

Identify and resolve operational issues proactively.

Collaborate with team members to find effective solutions.

  • Quality Assurance:

Ensure accuracy and quality of all tasks and processes.

Conduct regular reviews to maintain high standards of work.

  • Team Collaboration:

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Support team members and contribute to team goals.

Salary Range: 12,000 - 16,000 (currency per month)

Additional Notes:

This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills.

Experience in export operations and backend processes is highly desirable.

The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is essential.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach are crucial for success in this role.

The salary range is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
