Job Summary

The Production Manager is responsible for end-to-end production planning and execution, including SKU and BOM management, production scheduling, and ownership of the complete product production lifecycle. The role requires close coordination with Purchase and Quality Control (QC) teams to ensure timely material availability, quality compliance, and on-time delivery. Regular production updates and performance reports will be shared with Management.Key Responsibilities

• Manage all active SKUs, ensuring BOM accuracy, version control, and optimal inventory levels.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet demand forecasts and delivery timelines.
• Own the complete production lifecycle from product release to mass production and dispatch.
• Coordinate with Purchase and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials and components.
• Align production activities with QC for inspections, testing, and corrective actions within deadlines.
• Identify production risks, delays, or quality issues and implement timely corrective measures.
• Prepare and present regular production status reports to the Product Head / Management.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in production planning, SKU/BOM management, and lifecycle execution
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and meet strict deadlines
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Excel, and reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 38 years of experience in production or manufacturing roles
