2. Role Purpose

To provide deep financial insights, business modelling, forecasting and strategic recommendations through analytical, structured and technology-driven approaches. The role supports management and clients in decision-making, cost optimisation, business process improvements and long-term value creation.


3. Key Responsibilities

A. Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning.
  • Analyse P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and variance reports.
  • Evaluate business performance trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare investment feasibility studies and ROI calculations.


B. Business Strategy & Consulting

  • Apply CFA-level analytical knowledge to support business decisions.
  • Identify improvement opportunities through Business Process Re-engineering (BPR).
  • Prepare strategic recommendations for revenue enhancement, cost reduction and process optimisation.
  • Assist clients in financial planning, capital structuring, and business expansion strategies.


C. Business Model & Market Analysis

  • Assess business models, revenue streams and operational efficiency.
  • Perform competitive analysis and benchmark industry performance.
  • Identify gaps and design bridging strategies for improved scalability.


D. Technical & Analytical Tools

  • Build dashboards and automated reports using Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, SQL.
  • Perform advanced data analytics, sensitivity analysis and risk assessment.
  • Present insights through visual storytelling and structured frameworks.


E. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams — finance, operations, sales, leadership.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver financial solutions.
  • Support management in preparing board reports, investor presentations and MIS.


4. Required Skills & Competencies

  • CFA-qualified or equivalent advanced financial certification.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, Excel modelling, SQL.
  • Knowledge of valuation, financial modelling and risk analysis.
  • Creative problem-solving approach.
  • Structured methodology for analysing and solving business problems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
