Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Analyst to support our financial spreading operations using our AI-powered Financial Spreading Suite. In this role, you will help manage the accuracy and quality of financial data outputs for clients in the APAC and EMEA regions, ideal for candidates seeking exposure to FinTech and AI, and who are eager to grow with a fast-growing startup in Singapore.

This is a 100% remote, shift-based position, with generally 2 shifts (depending on regional coverage):

• 5 PM – 2 AM SGT (Night shift)
• 9 AM – 6 PM SGT (Day shift)

Responsibilities:

• Review AI-generated financial spreads to identify and correct data gaps or inconsistencies
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other extracted elements before client delivery
• Propose improvements to processes and contribute to evolving technologies, methodologies, or accounting standards
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve automation quality and efficiency
• Support internal quality assessment and workflow tracking for client deliverables

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in accounting or financial statement analysis
• Strong knowledge on corporate financial statements and accounting principles
• Experience in financial data processing or exposure to LLM systems is a plus
• Meticulous attention to detail, and self-driven to continuously improve
• Strong communication and reporting in both written and spoken English
• Comfortable working independently during night shift hours
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
