Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and project reports.
  
• Build and maintain financial models for project evaluation and investment analysis.
  
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
  
• Monitor cash flows, working capital, and project funding requirements.
  
• Support statutory audits, tax compliance, and regulatory filings.
  
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and project teams to align financial planning with business goals.
  
• Track real estate market trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• CA qualified

  – mandatory.
• 0–5 years of post-qualification experience (experience in real estate, audit firms, or financial consulting is an advantage).
  
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial modelling, and reporting.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, financial software, and ERP systems.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
