Responsibilities Financial Analyst for IFS IPT Team Job Title: Financial Analyst Experience: 2 3 Years Business Unit: ITES Location: Pune Role Overview: We are seeking a Financial Analyst who can work independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality results
The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong attention to detail, be proactive in addressing tasks, and take ownership of responsibilities
They must be able to address questions/issues related to applications as a Subject Matter Expert and effectively communicate with stakeholders
The candidate should also have a positive attitude, strong reasoning and communication skills, and be a team player
Good analytical skills, a research-oriented mindset, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently are essential for this role
Key Attributes of an Ideal Candidate: Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy, quality delivery, and minimal escalations
Proactive Approach: Take ownership of tasks and respond promptly to issues during US non-business hours
Technical/Functional Expertise: Should aim to possess in-depth knowledge to handle data analysis, financial modeling, and related systems
Adaptability: Willing to work on short- and long-duration projects, quickly upskill, and adopt new tools or technologies
Analytical Thinking: Build a holistic understanding of the domain and propose solutions based on trends and insights
Collaboration and Communication: Act as a bridge between the US and India teams, ensuring seamless hand-offs and updates
