Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Associate to support our financial spreading operations using our AI-powered Financial Spreading Suite. In this role, you will help manage the accuracy and quality of financial data outputs for clients in Americas regions, ideal for candidates seeking exposure to FinTech and AI, and who are eager to grow with a fast-growing startup from Singapore.

This is a 100% remote, night-shift position, covering the US time zone:

6 PM – 3 AM IST

Initial training period will be in the day time to coincide with SG time zone:

7.30 AM – 3.30 PM IST

Responsibilities:

• Review AI-generated financial spreads to identify and correct data gaps or inconsistencies
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other extracted elements before client delivery
• Propose improvements to processes and contribute to evolving technologies, methodologies, or accounting standards
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve automation quality and efficiency
• Support internal quality assessment and workflow tracking for client deliverables

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in commercial lending, investment banking or financial statement analysis
• Strong knowledge on corporate financial statements and accounting principles
• Experience in financial data processing or exposure to LLM systems is a plus
• Meticulous attention to detail, and self-driven to continuously improve
• Strong communication and reporting in both written and spoken English
• Comfortable working independently during night shift hours
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields
