Financial Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Consultant / Financial Analyst to work closely with the our ERP product and implementation teams. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, performance, and success of our Financial Modules, across all the clients.

This is a client-facing and analytical role that demands a strong understanding of financial operations, audit practices, and process quality, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the our product, development, and implementation teams to ensure that financial modules are accurate, reliable, and aligned with client requirements.
• May be required to liaise with clients (Schools, Colleges, Universities) to understand their financial workflows, compliance needs, and system usage patterns.
• Conduct financial data validation, audits, and quality control checks to ensure system integrity and compliance with best practices.
• Provide training, product walkthroughs, and user enablement sessions for client finance and administration teams.
• Work closely with internal technical teams to communicate functional feedback, system enhancement suggestions, and issue resolutions.
• Analyze financial metrics, trends, and reports to support client decision-making and institutional financial governance.
• Ensure documentation, SOPs, and compliance checklists are updated and aligned with financial standards.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for all financial operations within our ecosystem.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹210,393.21 - ₹700,000.00 per year
