🔹 Key Responsibilities

Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support business objectives.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Analyze business performance, identify trends, and provide insights to improve profitability.
Monitor key financial metrics, variance analysis, and cash flow management.
Support strategic planning, pricing, and investment decisions with data-driven analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational activities.
Maintain and improve financial models and reporting systems.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and corporate policies.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

🔹 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s or CFA preferred.
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with ERP and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
