Finance Tower Lead– Revenue Planning & Analytics

About the Role
We are seeking a Finance Tower Lead with strong analytical, modeling, and data skills to lead revenue planning and analysis across multiple business lines for our global (US-based) operations. This individual will play a key role in subscription and usage-based revenue forecasting, cohort and retention analysis, and supporting strategic pricing, packaging, and go-to-market decisions for new products.
The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of finance and data — comfortable querying large datasets, working with BI tools, and translating complex analysis into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Planning & Forecasting

Lead revenue planning, forecasting, and modeling across multiple consumer and B2B subscription businesses.

Build and maintain detailed revenue models including new acquisitions, retention, churn, upsell, ARPU, and usage-based metrics.

Analyze bookings-to-revenue waterfalls to ensure accurate timing and recognition of revenue.

Partner with US FP&A, Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to align financial plans with strategic goals.
Business & Cohort Analytics

Conduct retention and cohort analysis to understand customer lifetime value, churn drivers, and renewal trends.

Evaluate acquisition funnel performance and identify levers to improve revenue conversion.

Create dashboards and reports using BI tools to visualize performance and trends for key stakeholders.

Support pricing and packaging analyses for new products and markets, including elasticity modeling and competitive benchmarking.
Corporate Finance & Quarter-End Support

Support quarterly revenue consolidation, variance analysis, and executive reporting.

Partner with accounting on month and quarter end closing processes.

Contribute to corporate FP&A deliverables including board reporting, investor updates, and strategic planning.
Cross-Functional Partnership

Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align on growth initiatives and financial impact.

Provide data-driven insights that inform GTM and monetization strategies for new offerings.

Build scalable tools and frameworks to improve forecasting accuracy and decision-making.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

8–10 years of experience in FP&A, revenue analytics, or data-driven finance roles.

Strong experience with subscription or recurring revenue models (SaaS, digital media, or consumer products preferred).

Demonstrated experience with large data sets, BI tools, and financial modeling.
Technical Skills

Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise.

Proficiency in SQL or similar data querying languages.

Hands-on experience with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).

Familiarity with forecasting tools or ERP systems (Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, etc.) is a plus.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.

Strong communication skills; able to present insights clearly to both finance and business leaders.

Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven, global environment.

Experience supporting or partnering with US-based or multinational organizations.

Comfortable working in a global time zone environment and collaborating virtually with US teams.
