About the Role:

Finance Professional

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Monitor day-to-day financial operations such as invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
Conduct variance analysis and highlight financial trends, risks, and opportunities to management.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and explanations.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards, and company policies.
Coordinate with other departments to gather data and resolve finance-related queries.
Assist in preparing financial forecasts and cash flow projections.
Suggest improvements for processes and financial controls.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Accounting, Commerce
, or related field. (CA Inter/MBA in Finance preferred but not mandatory)
3–5 years of hands-on experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

Experience in working with ERP systems.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Prior exposure to working in a corporate or mid-sized company environment.
