Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Finance role, located in Sasaram. The selected candidate will be involved in analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements and reports, and monitoring the company's financial performance. Additional responsibilities include performing account reconciliations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with teams to provide insights that drive effective decision-making.

Qualifications

Strong finance and accounting expertise, with proficiency in analyzing financial statements and accounting processes
Solid analytical skills to evaluate financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
Effective communication skills for reporting financial insights and collaborating across departments
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in financial documentation
Proficiency in financial tools and software; knowledge of applicable finance regulations
Relevant academic qualifications such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field
Experience in NBFCs or financial services would be an added advantage
