Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with month end close timelines; proactively identify challenges and implement solutions.
• Improve Balance Sheet hygiene through business area reviews with factory finance and commercial finance teams; monitor and close aged open items.
• Develop KPI dashboard for Controllership.
• Implement internal controls framework
• Collaborate with non-finance teams (MDM, IT) to ensure controls compliance.
• Preparation of month end close deliverables, statutory financials.
• Drive statutory audits, internal audits and controls testing ensuring effective completion.

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant.
• 2-3 years of experience in Finance, preferably in Controllership, and statutory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS), internal controls, and audit processes.
• Experience with tools like Blackline, SAP, and advanced Excel
