Job Overview: As a Video Editor with 3+ years of experience, you will be responsible for creating highly effective, conversion-driven video and static ads for digital marketing campaigns on Meta and Google platforms. Your expertise in crafting engaging video content, optimized for performance, will be vital in increasing brand visibility, customer acquisition, and ROI. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure all videos and static ads align with our objectives and optimize performance across various channels. Key Responsibilities: Create High-Performing Video and Static Ads: Design and edit visually compelling videos and static ads tailored for Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google platforms, including YouTube, Display Ads, and Google Search Ads. Campaign Optimization: Ensure video content and ads are optimized for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. A/B Testing & Performance Analysis: Use data insights to drive decisions for video and ad creatives. Continuously analyze performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI) to refine and enhance ad content for optimal campaign results. Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align video and ad content with the overall strategy, goals, and branding. Creative Direction: Develop engaging storylines, concepts, and ideas for video content that resonate with target audiences while remaining true to the brand. Ad Formats & Specifications: Stay updated with the latest platform-specific video specifications (e.g., aspect ratios, video length) and ensure all content complies with Meta and Google’s best practices. Content Strategy & Scheduling: Contribute to the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of video and ad creatives for scheduled campaigns. Visual & Motion Graphics Design: Implement motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to elevate the impact of video content and enhance static ad designs. Quality Control: Ensure all videos and static ads meet the highest creative and technical standards, paying attention to detail in color grading, sound design, and visual storytelling. Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years of video editing experience in a digital marketing role, specifically creating high-performance video and static ads for Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google platforms (YouTube, Display Network). Technical Skills: Expert in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and other relevant tools. Strong experience with motion graphics and animation. Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of video ad formats, campaign strategies, and performance metrics on Meta and Google Ads platforms. Creative Abilities: Ability to craft compelling stories and ads that drive user engagement and conversions while maintaining brand consistency. Design Skills: Proficiency in creating and editing static ads (banners, display ads) with a strong eye for visual design, typography, and layout. Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate creative ideas clearly. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Paid Social & Search Ads: Strong understanding of paid social media and search engine advertising, with hands-on experience creating and optimizing video and static ads on Google and Meta.
