Accountant

Position Summary:

Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), TDS, GST compliance, vendor reconciliation, and invoicing

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Manage end-to-end processing of vendor invoices and client billing.
• Track receivables, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure timely disbursements.

Tax Compliance (TDS & GST):

• Ensure accurate calculation and timely filing of TDS and GST.
• Maintain compliance with statutory requirements and support audits.

Vendor Reconciliation & Management:

• Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with contracts.

Invoicing & Documentation:

• Prepare and issue client invoices with accuracy.
• Maintain proper records of all financial documents and transactions.

Financial Reporting & Support:

• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

• Experience:

  1–2 years of experience in accounting/finance operations.

• Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of AR/AP, TDS, GST, and vendor reconciliation.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Excel).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Desirable:

  Experience in service-based or event management industries is a plus.
