As a Finance Operations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee the transfer of shares process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also be in charge of maintaining accurate records of share ownership and related transactions. Additionally, you will be responsible for the accurate maintenance of partners" financial records and books, preparation of financial statements, and support in financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the transfer of shares process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. - Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate the transfer process, including documentation and approvals. - Maintain accurate records of share ownership and related transactions. - Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of partners" financial records and books. - Prepare and update financial statements for partners, including profit-sharing calculations. - Support the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. - Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances; present findings to management. - Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements. - Assist in the implementation of best practices in finance operations. - Work closely with other finance team members, auditors, and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations. - Provide support in various finance-related projects as needed. Qualifications: - A M.Com degree is a must. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in share transfer and partners" book maintenance. - Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations. - Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.,
