Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in account opening, KYC updates, and client onboarding processes, and will hold an MBA in Finance or an M.Com. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities Account Opening: Manage the end-to-end account opening process for new clients. Ensure all required documentation is collected and verified accurately. KYC Compliance: Conduct KYC updates and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of client information and documentation. Client Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for clients, providing guidance and support throughout the process. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely activation of client accounts. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase. Address client inquiries and provide timely updates on account status. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the development of onboarding best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA in Finance or M.Com preferred. 1-3 years of experience in client onboarding, KYC, or account management. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and financial services. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM systems.
