As an Associate FinOps Specialist, you will be supporting a leading healthcare client. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Accounts Receivable, as well as hands-on experience in contract management, negotiations, and renewals. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing and managing the Accounts Receivable (AR) process to ensure timely and accurate collections. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for customers on finance-related matters, handle contract management from onboarding to negotiations, renewals, and amendments, collaborate with internal teams to support commercial discussions, and maintain detailed financial and contractual records. The desired candidate should have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Finance Operations, particularly in Accounts Receivable. Strong customer-facing experience is essential, along with proven skills in contract negotiation and renewals. Being detail-oriented with strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills is crucial. Prior experience in the healthcare domain is a plus but not mandatory.
