Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Finance operations, based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include managing finance and accounts for shippping business stream, conducting financial analysis, preparing comprehensive reports, and assisting in transaction advisory and tax compliance processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client requirements are met while adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Accounting, and Bookkeeping
• Strong skills in MIS Reporting
• Knowledge of Transaction Advisory, Deal Structuring, and M&A support
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with financial tools and accounting software is a plus
• Prior experience in logistics business is preferable
