About The Role

Finance Operations Lead

You’ll manage invoicing, collections, GST, compliance, reconciliations, vendor payouts, and internal finance workflows - end to end.

You’ll keep our books clean, our numbers predictable, and ensure zero leakage across the system.

If you love order, follow-through, and financial accuracy - this role is yours.

What You'll Do

• Create, send, and track all invoices
• Follow up on pending payments until collected
• Manage monthly/quarterly/yearly

  GST filings & compliance

• Maintain ledgers, P&L, cash flow, reconciliations, vendor payouts
• Keep all finance data organized, audit-ready, and updated
• Coordinate with our CA, banks, and internal teams
• Maintain dashboards/reports for leadership
• Own finance ops with discipline and independence

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in Finance/Accounts/Operations
• Strong understanding of GST, compliance, invoicing, reconciliations
• Excellent communication + strong follow-up mindset
• Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and reliable
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
• Proficiency with Zoho Books / Tally / Excel / Google Sheets
