About The Role If you’re hungry, sharp, and have a unique, aggressive, and creative approach to taking AI agents to market—we want you. As our Country Head, you’ll be responsible for generating demand, hacking channels, running wild experiments, and turning attention into revenue. You’ll work directly with the founders to shape our GTM motion and blitz the market. We don’t care where you’re coming from—what matters is how you think and how you move. What You'll Do Build and execute unconventional growth campaigns across outbound, social, and communities. Launch experiments weekly. If something works, double down. If not, move on. Write DMs, pitch prospects, cold email, drop LinkedIn posts, even make memes—whatever gets us traction. Partner with our product and design teams to turn features into viral growth loops. Find growth where others see noise. Take ownership of numbers from day one. What We're Looking For You could be a fresher, an ex-SDR, a community builder, or a founder who didn’t find PMF. You love AI, startups, and sales—and you want to help reshape the way businesses grow. You’re online: you understand how distribution works in 2025—on LinkedIn, in group chats, via cold DMs. You’re creative, relentless, and insanely resourceful. You don’t wait for permission.
