Role: Executive Assistant to Leadership/Co-founders Location: Gurgaon Employment Type: Full-time (with flexible hours across global time zones) Key Responsibilities: • Manage calendars, schedules, and communications for the co-founders. • Coordinate meetings and calls across global time zones. • Prepare briefs, research notes, and insights for key decision-making. • Support and follow through on strategic projects across technology and business. • Serve as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders worldwide. • Track and manage priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure closure. • Anticipate leadership needs and address challenges proactively. • Ensure outcomes and deliverables from meetings/projects are achieved.
