About the Role-

We’re looking for a skilled GIS Technician to join our Network Planning team and support the design, optimization, and deployment of next-generation wireless networks.

Key Responsibilities-

• Prepare and manage high-resolution geospatial datasets
• Perform LOS (line-of-sight) analysis for wireless network planning
• Design and maintain standardized GIS data structures
• Convert existing internal datasets into GIS-ready formats
• Support our transition to ArcGIS Online (AGOL): data management, maps, apps, dashboards
• Run existing GIS workflows and collaborate on new processes (market selection, site selection, data prep, LOS workflows)
• Perform spatial analysis and present insights to technical and leadership teams
• Help shape and refine GIS best practices across the company

Experience/ Skills Required-

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, or a related field
• Experience with ArcGIS Pro and extensions (3D Analyst, Spatial Analyst)
• Proficiency with ArcGIS Online (data, maps, apps)
• Strong GIS data management skills
• Strong spatial analysis capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
