Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Country Head, located in Bengaluru. The Country Head will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company within the country. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies, managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving the sales and marketing efforts to achieve business targets.

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
• Understanding of the aerospace defense and semiconductor distribution industry
• Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
