UI/UX Designer

About The Role

UI/UX Designer

This is a high-impact, creative role where your work will be immediately visible to users and central to product success.

What You'll Do

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI components across our web app and marketing properties.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship clean, intuitive features quickly.
• Conduct user research and usability tests to validate design decisions.
• Create and maintain our design system for scalability and consistency.
• Balance aesthetics with performance—delivering interfaces that are both fast and beautiful.
• Turn complex workflows (e.g. sales automation) into simple, human-centered experiences.
• Continuously iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and new product direction.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years
  of experience designing for web/SaaS products (preferably in B2B or AI-driven platforms).
• Strong proficiency with design tools:
• Figma (must-have)
• Bonus: Adobe Suite, Webflow, Lottie, or motion design tools.
• Experience in responsive design and mobile-first thinking.
• Understanding of basic front-end concepts (you don’t need to code, but you should be able to speak the language).
• Deep attention to detail, typography, visual hierarchy, and consistency.
• Ability to turn vague ideas into polished, user-friendly interfaces quickly.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
