To fuel our momentum, we’re looking for an HR / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find, attract, and onboard exceptional people who want to build something transformative. About The Role As our Human Resources Manager / Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll take ownership of sourcing and hiring top-tier candidates across technical, product, and business roles. You’ll collaborate directly with the founding team, manage full-cycle recruiting, and help shape Inagent’s team and culture during a pivotal growth phase. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to move fast, work closely with leadership, and play a foundational role in building a high-performance team at a cutting-edge AI startup. What You'll Do Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with high-potential candidates across functions. Own the recruitment pipeline from outreach to offer for both full-time and contract roles. Draft compelling job descriptions, and post them across relevant job boards and communities. Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth, transparent hiring experience. Work closely with hiring managers to define requirements and align on hiring goals. Assist in developing scalable hiring processes and tools as the company grows. Support HR operations including documentation, onboarding, and compliance tasks. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition—ideally in a tech or startup environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re great at pitching roles and building rapport. Experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or ATS platforms. Highly organized and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple roles at once. Startup mindset—you’re comfortable working independently and solving problems on the fly.
