Finance Operations

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Finance Operations Executive to handle the day-to-day financial activities of the company and support the founders by managing accounting, bookkeeping, and financial operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounting entries, and reconciliation.

● Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and invoice management.

● Prepare and maintain MIS reports, expense summaries, and cash flow statements.

● Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and tracking expenses against budgets.

● Coordinate with external accountants and auditors for statutory compliance and filings.

● Maintain financial documentation and ensure all records are up to date.

● Support founders in building financial processes and internal controls as the company scales.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

● 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance operations, accounting, or bookkeeping.

● Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

● Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

● Prior experience in a startup or small business setup preferred.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
