You will be responsible for learning and mastering a domain intense product to perform Functional testing & Consulting support for Manhattan Customers. Your role will involve being well-versed in various testing methodologies and having a basic knowledge of programming while being open to exploring programming further as needed. Additionally, you will need to work in a dynamic environment to provide support across multiple GEOs and have a strong analytical mindset to analyze critical functional issues in an enterprise application. As part of your responsibilities, you will be required to embrace Functional and Manual Testing to enable automation and have prior exposure to supply chain management enterprise applications, which is considered a huge advantage. Hands-on experience in Scenario, workflow, and test case preparation will be essential, along with a solid understanding of quality assurance as part of the development process. You must also be well-versed in software process methodologies and demonstrate a detail-oriented and quick problem-solving approach, especially in a rapidly changing environment. To qualify for this role, you should hold a BE, B. Tech, or foreign equivalent degree in a related technical field and have at least 4 years of experience in functional Consulting, testing, or implementing software applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory as you will be communicating with teams across geos. Experience in API testing using Postman, including working with collections, environments, and automated tests, is required, and basic knowledge of Velocity script / Python is considered an added advantage. A basic understanding of microservice architecture, knowledge of SQL, familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments, and the ability to script using PERL are all advantageous. Moreover, having desired Functional and business analyst experience is a mandate for this role, and experience in Supply Chain or business integrators (such as eCom, ERP systems) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a Growth mindset are essential, along with proficiency in customer-facing experience involving designing and implementing complex solutions. About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Work with clients to clearly define the project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, deadlines, and resource allocation. Act as the bridge between technical teams (developers, engineers) and non-technical stakeholders (clients). Act as the point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are understood and met. Monitor the projects progress against timelines and budget. Adjust plans as necessary to keep things on track. Ensure that project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, timelines, and any issues that arise. Facilitate sync meetings and keep teams focused on their priorities. Manage the project backlog, ensure user stories are clear, and help prioritize tasks. Facilitate sprints, sprint planning, retrospectives, and help the team adhere to Agile principles. Requirements Project Management: Proven track record in project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination. Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in guiding and mentoring engineering teams toward success. Technical Expertise: Previous experience working as a developer in software development. Customer-Facing Experience: Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations effectively. Preferred Qualifications Masters or Bachelors degree in Engineering or Technology, majoring in Computer Science or Information Science. 5+ years of general technical experience. 3+ years of managing or coordinating technical projects. Relevant technical or project management certifications. Experience with Cloud platforms is a huge plus.,
