• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using

  AWS QuickSight

  and

  Amazon Q

• Analyze business data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and present findings to leadership
• Support data governance and reporting standards to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Continuously seek ways to improve reporting processes and data accessibility

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Proven expertise in

  AWS QuickSight

• Experience working with

  Amazon Q

  for AI understanding
• Strong background in

  reporting

  , dashboard creation, and data visualization
• Solid understanding of data models, KPIs, and business metrics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in cloud-based environments or data platforms
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools
• Prior experience in a tech or SaaS-driven organization
