Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can work closely with stakeholders, understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and support the delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of technology basics, and the ability to work in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
Write clear, structured user stories following INVEST principles.
Align features and requirements with business goals, OKRs, and expected outcomes.
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to clarify needs, manage conflicts, and drive decisions.
Create simple and accurate process flows, system diagrams, and functional documentation.
Collaborate with technical teams to explain requirements, discuss solutions, and highlight risks or constraints.
Translate technical concepts into business language for non-technical stakeholders.
Take ownership of assigned work, identify gaps early, and propose improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
2-7 Years of experience as a Business Analyst
Ability to connect features with business value and ROI.
Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and system workflows.
Familiarity with databases and ability to read/understand simple queries.
Awareness of environments, deployments, and basic system infrastructure.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable working with clients and team members in English.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to take ownership.
