Finance Manager:

Job Purpose:

Roles and Responsibilities:

●      Manage and provide oversight to Finance and Accounting team members to ensure tasks are completed on time with required accuracy

●      Monitor the day-to-day financial operations such as procurement, sales orders, invoicing, and other financial transactions. Complete tax returns and other statutory compliance requirements 

●      Develop, implement and monitor appropriate financial systems, procedures and internal controls to support the efficient and effective operation of the Finance function 

●      Preparation of monthly/quarterly financial and management reporting 

●      Preparation of annual accounts for audit and annual statutory reporting 

●      Oversee salary processing procedure

●      Management and ultimate responsibility for the Finance ERP 

●      Provide financial and analytical support to Senior Management

●      Support the Senior Management for budgets, spending, reporting and financial accountability 

●    Perform adhoc analysis pro-actively or as directed, to provide performance insights that aid growth and focus appropriate resource allocation 

●      Develop strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effectiveness of communications and resolution of issues

Qualification/Experience:

●      CA/ICWA/CFA or a master’s degree in commerce

●      Minimum 7 years of experience in the finance domain including managing a team

●      Proficiency in accounting and financial software including implementation of ERP

●      Knowledge of financial regulations and standards

●      Experience in financial planning and budgeting

●      Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles
