Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Flow Management:

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow planning and forecasting.
• Monitor cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Control working capital and optimize fund allocation.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise, guide, and organize the existing accounts team.
• Assign responsibilities, set goals, and monitor team performance.
• Provide mentorship and training to upskill the team.

Accounting & Financial Reporting:

• Oversee timely and accurate accounting entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure proper month-end and year-end closures.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Compliance & Audits:

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, etc.).
• Coordinate with auditors (internal and external) for timely audit completion.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and records for compliance purposes.

Strategic Finance & Budgeting:

• Assist senior management in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
• Analyse financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
• Support in preparing business plans and financial models.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management:

• Liaise with banks, vendors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate with other departments to align financial goals with business operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (mandatory)
• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) – strongly preferred
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including team management
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and Indian accounting standards
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / SAP or other ERP systems

Working Days: Monday to Saturday Time: 9:30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
