Area Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – Automobile Paint Industry

Location: Coimbatore (Head Office: Karur)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote and sell automobile paints, coatings, and related products.
• Generate new leads through market visits, calls, and networking.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, workshops, and automotive clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable paint solutions.
• Track competitor activities and share market insights with management.
• Maintain daily visit reports and update sales records.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Job Requirements

• Education: Any graduate (Commerce, Science, or Engineering preferred).
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Freshers should have good communication skills and eagerness to learn.
• Experienced candidates with sales background in paints, chemicals, automotive products, or FMCG will be preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Customer relationship management.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and open to travel.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
• Language: Tamil + English/Hindi (as per region).
• Preferred: Candidates based in Coimbatore or nearby locations. ✅
• Preferred: Should have willingness to travel
