Job Description

Location : Nariman Point, Mumbai Reporting : GM Finance CTC up to - 18Lac Role Description We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. This role is critical in managing fundraising efforts, optimizing working capital, and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners to support the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities: Fundraising: Drive capital raising initiatives via debt and equity channels to support business expansion. Banking Relations: Manage and strengthen relationships with banks and financial institutions; ensure smooth execution of funding requirements. Working Capital Management: Monitor and optimize working capital to ensure healthy liquidity and operational efficiency. Credit Facilities Management: Handle fund-based limits (cash credit, term loans, etc.) Manage non-fund-based limits (bank guarantees, letters of credit, etc.) Credit Finance: Evaluate and manage credit risks; ensure compliance and alignment with financial strategies. Qualifications Strong background in Financial Management, Accounting, and Budgeting Experience with Financial Analysis and Reporting Familiarity with Compliance and Regulatory requirements Proficiency in Financial Software and Tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus. Key Skills & Expertise: Strong experience in fundraising, including handling debt and equity instruments. Proven expertise in bank negotiations and securing financial support. In-depth understanding of working capital cycles and liquidity management. Solid experience in managing credit limits (both fund-based and non-fund-based). Sound knowledge of credit finance and risk assessment. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional qualification such as CA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) preferred. 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the infrastructure or construction sector.
