Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure statutory compliance (GST, Income Tax, PF, PT, etc.).
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and perform variance analysis.
Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and payable management.
Support leadership in financial planning and investment decisions.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and external regulatory bodies.
Implement strong internal controls and cost optimization strategies.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting with CA / CMA / ACCA qualification preferred.
3–5 years of proven experience in finance/accounting, preferably in the education or service sector.
Strong knowledge of financial laws, taxation, and compliance.
Proficiency in ERP systems (Tally or similar) and advanced MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
