Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Division wise Trial balance/accounts periodical review, record keeping and maintain the hygiene of accounts.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors regarding invoice status, payment inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Co-ordination with HO team on vendor payments, debit/credit notes etc.,
• Vendor/Customer balances periodic reconciliations and ageing analysis.
• Guiding the team members on accounting aspects and ensure compliance with accounting policies, SOPs etc.,
• Daily monitoring the Production and material consumption entries in the ERP and arranging the MIS to management.
• Preparation of periodical financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and operational insights. Actual Vs Plan Variance analysis.
• Participating in strengthening the ERP Processes, masters data, new modules implementation, reports etc., and maintaining the accuracy in accounts and various ERP reports.
• Statutory compliances i.e. TDS, GST, MSME etc., Participation while replying to the GST / other tax notices
• Participation in Fixed Assets capitalisation and maintenance of fixed assets register.
• Analyse financial data to provide recommendations on improving financial performance, cost management, and profitability. Drive cost control initiatives by analysing cost structures and identifying areas for improvement.

Education & Experiences:

• CA or ICWA Inter / MBA / M. Com
• Experience: Minimum of 12 to 15 years of post-qualification experience in Plant Accounts or similar roles, preferably in the manufacturing sector (experience in steel manufacturing is a plus).
