Job Description

Managing the day to day IT operations and Projects. Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software and operating systems. Coordinating technology installations, upgrades and maintenance. Selecting and purchasing new and replacement hardware and software, when necessary. Experience in Asset Management & ticketing tools. Candidate proficient in installation / Maintenances/ troubleshooting of CCTV/POE/NVR/DVR/Networking/Switches/Routers/Firewall/WiFi/EPBX/Biometric, Software and other IT related peripherals etc. Testing, troubleshooting and modifying information systems so they operate effectively. Evaluating technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures. Keeping up to date with advances in technology and industry best practice and IT documentations. Demonstrating a deep technical and strategic understanding of the IT Services and Operations delivered by Sterling. Managing internal and external communications and being the primary contact of escalation for IT issues.
