Job Description

Provide resolution for IT-related issues raised by end users.
Maintain through email communication and support, Monitor and maintain antivirus software across all endpoints.
Ensure regular updates and Ms patches .
Generate and review antivirus compliance reports and address any gaps.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets (hardware and software).
Track asset lifecycle from procurement .
Ensure compliance with asset management policies and conduct periodic audits.
Document resolutions, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Provide regular reports on support tickets, antivirus compliance, and asset inventory status.
Ensure adherence to ISMS and IT security policies.
Assist in audits and provide necessary evidence for compliance.
